Practical Examinations for HSE-Ist (Class 11) Annual Session 2024 to be Conducted by Schools
The education authorities have notified all concerned parties about the arrangements for the Practical Examinations for Higher Secondary Part-Ist (Class 11) Annual (Regular) Examination 2024.
The Practical Examinations, both Internal and External, will be conducted by the respective schools themselves. This directive applies to both Soft Zone and Hard Zone Areas of Jammu Division. However, there is a slight variation for schools in the Soft Zone areas of Kashmir Division, where the Practical Examinations will take place after the conclusion of the theory examinations. On the other hand, schools in the Hard Zone Areas of KD and UT of Ladakh will conduct Practical Examinations before the commencement of the Theory Examinations.
The Head of the Institutions has been instructed to submit the practical awards, encompassing External, Internal, and Project Work assessments, to the Joint Secretary, Secrecy JD/KD, and the relevant Sub/Branch offices of the Board within ten days after the completion of the Practical Examination.
It is emphasized that the Practical Examination will adhere to the new and revised syllabi and course of study, as communicated in the earlier notification No: F(Acad-C)Rev-New/Tbs./23 dated 27-05-2023.
This decision aims to streamline the examination process and ensure the timely and efficient conduct of Practical Examinations for Class 11 students. Schools are urged to comply with the guidelines and submit the necessary documentation promptly to facilitate a smooth examination process.
