Applications through Online mode on prescribed format are hereby Invited from the post-graduate candidates who are the domicile of Union territory Of Jammu & Kashmir, having secured minimum 50% Marks in Post-graduation in their respective disciplines, for their hiring on temporary basis as “Cluster Resource Coordinator for Teaching Support”, Academic Session 2024-25 (up-to 31 March, 2025) in various Govt. High and Higher Secondary Schools of Kashmir Division for the below mentioned subjects as per the following breakup.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The hiring of the Cluster Resource Coordinators shall be made purely on “temporary basis” for the Academic Session 2024-25 (up-to 31 March, 2025) in various Govt. High and Higher Secondary Schools, Kashmir Division.
  2. The Cluster Resource Coordinators will be hired on a monthly remuneration of Rs 25000/ (Rupees Twenty-Five thousand only), to be released only after obtaining satisfactory Character & Antecedents Certificate from Special DG CID J&K and strictly as per the performance & feedback from Head of Institution
  1. The hiring of the Cluster Resource Coordinators will be made Subject wise as per the above breakup on merit basis, to be determined separately for each district after ascertaining the genuineness of the documents/ testimonials and recognition/validity of the course(s). 4. The candidate shall apply for only one district of his/her preference in a particular discipline. However, the candidate having PG in more than one subject, can apply in such Subjects as well, in one district of his/her preference.
  1. The hiring of the Cluster Resource Coordinators thus made, shall not have any preferential claim to the candidates for their engagement on regular basis. 6. The tenure of “Temporary hiring” of the Cluster resource Coordinators shall end on 31 March 2025 without any further notice/information or till regular arrangement is made by the Govt., whichever is earlier.

Documents to be uploaded:

Following self-attested certificates/testimonials shall be uploaded with the Application Form:

  1. Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
  2. Date of Birth Certificate (Matriculation).
  3. PG Final Marks Card.
  4. M. Phil Certificate, if applicable.
  5. Ph. D Certificate, if applicable.
  6. NET/SET Certificate, if applicable
  7. Conversion Certificate (from CGPA to Percentage from the concerned University) for the candidates, having been awarded grades in CGPA in any degree/ examination for which credits are to be given in calculation of merit.
  8. List of Research papers up-to 05 (five) as I/II or corresponding author as per format “A” attached herewith.

How to apply:

1.The candidates must apply Online through the dedicated link (also accessible via Official website of Directorate of School Education, Kashmir viz; w.e.f. 19-06-2024 to 30-06-2024.

  1. The candidate shall be required to upload the recent passport size coloured photograph also while submitting the Application Form through dedicated link.
  2. No other means/mode of application except applied through dedicated link, shall be entertained and also no application shall be entertained after the expiry of last date.
  3. In the event of any information given by candidate are found incomplete, the candidature of the applicant shall be cancelled without any notice thereof. However, submission of any misleading information and/or forged/tempered documents shall invite necessary legal and criminal proceedings against the candidate.
  4. The Subject-wise/District-wise slots as referred above, may increase or decrease depending upon the actual requirement for hiring such candidates as well as availability of funds.

Selection procedure:

The selection of candidates will be made as per the following merit & the prescribed scale of weightage:

  1. PG (In the relevant subject):

85 Points (on pro-rata basis).

03 Points.

  1. NET/SET: 3. M.Phil. (In the relevant subject): 05 Points.
  2. Ph.D. (In the relevant subject): 08 Points.
  3. Publications (National & International level): 04 Points

Maximum-100 points

Clarification on Weightage:

  1. M.Phil & Ph.D: Candidates holding both M.Phil and Ph.D. degrees will be

awarded a maximum of 8 points. In such instances, the candidate will receive

8 points for the highest degree (Ph.D), with no additional points granted for

the M.Phil Degree. For candidates, possessing only an M.Phil Degree, 5 points

il be awarded. For candidates, possessing only a Ph.D degree, 8 polints will new be awarded.

  1. Publications: One point for each such publication up to the maximum of 4 points. Discipline specific research papers as 1″, 2nd or corresponding author published in peer reviewed and UGC/CARE approved journals with ISSN and positive impact factor, 1 point for each publication. The research paper must have been published not later than the cut-off date for determination of eligibility.

Note: The merit list will be compiled, subject wise for each district separately. In case two or more candidates of the same subject secure same points, the candidate having higher marks percentage in P.G shall be given the first preference and if the tie persists, it shall be resolved based on UG marks. In case tie persists at UG Marks also, age of the applicant shall be determine the eligibility. In case of any dispute arises in determining the eligibility of candidate, the decision of the Administrative Secretary, School Education Department shall be final.
